Papa Bob's Pet Sitting Service has many
happy clients: It's unfortunate that none of them can write (but
their owners can). Here is a sampling of the
testimonials received from the owners of Papa Bob's clients. Dear "Papa Bob" Thank you so much for taking such great care of Allie while we were on our vacation. We were gone eleven days and I didn't worry about her once. I knew she was in "great" hands. She thoroughly enjoyed her walks and the care you gave her. I could tell, as she seemed very content and happy. Her coat looked very good also. Thanks for the "excellent" brush jobs!!! I would recommend you to anyone who wants "peace of mind" with his or her pets while on vacation. Thanks again, you're great!! - D.J. ("Allie's Mom")
Bob - Knowing my dogs are in Bob's care allows me to enjoy my "non-dog" vacations. Bob cares about my dogs as if they were his own. His personal experience with his own dogs as well as his volunteer work involving dogs confirms he is genuinely committed to the well-being of the pets in his care. - L.S.
I began using the Papa Bob's Pet Services since May, 2003. I had several major surgeries which resulted in great difficulty to feed, clean litter boxes, and pick up the lawn. I found Papa Bob consistently dependable, responsible and friendly. He changes routine when asked and informs me of anything I need to know. The dogs and cats like him and wait for his daily visit. He interacts with each pet. He feeds a pill to number one cat in a gentle way. He keeps food and water dishes filled. The lawn and litter boxes are kept clean. My cats are from 8 to 17 years old. My dogs are 13 and 14 years old. All are happy and doing fine. - M. C.
Dear Papa Bob: Perhaps you do not know how difficult it is to find someone willing to walk three large rowdy (but totally lovable) dogs? The three invisible cats are a lesser challenge. Be assured that the kids love your visits, and I appreciate that when I return home they are all pleased to see me but they do not need my immediate attention. Your visits provide the kids with care, exercise and a new friend. Thank you, also, for your help with training Sam. We all look forward to your next visit. - V.W. et al.
Loved your daily log. Everything was very well done. - S.B.
[The following is a testimonial directly from the pets themselves (penned by their owner)] Rachel: Scamp, we're supposed to give our views of Papa Bob and his services. Scamp: Oh, that's easy. Mommy says he'd the best pet sitter she's ever had since the 70's. Rachel: I know. He always feeds us on time and gives us a kind word or two. He even picks up our lawn packages. He must like them. Scamp: Do you think the cats like him too? Baby: You bet your whiskers we do. He pets me every day. Morning Glory: Our dishes are always filled...dishes to dry and dishes for moist. I like that I can count on him...Yum...Yum. Nefrititi: He keeps our litter boxes cleanded daily. They aren't smelly all the time. That's a nice thing. Sweetheart: Well, since I have to take medication everyday, I find he knows how to gently place the pill in my mouth...and this keeps me healthy. Well, after all I am the king around here, and he treats me royally...as he should. Sugar: I like that all the water dishes are cleaned and filled. Rosie: Though I'm a feral cat that gets to live in the house, he appears to do everything Mommy asks him to do...such as always keep the doors locked which keeps us safe too. What do you think brother Prince? Since you don't live in the house, but you do live in the cattery, what do you think? Prince: Well, humans are scary, but even though I'm feral, I know Mommy thinks she can count on him to keep me healthy too, and i am. I suppose Domino who lives outside feels the same. Domino: You're right. So, I'm feral...so what: I've been here 15 years and am very healthy. I get food and water daily. It must be that human that comes here everyday in a big truck that keeps me fed. Sweetheart: Well, I'm not 15...I'm 17 and the oldest! We are blessed since Mommy can't clean or feed us due to two broken arms and a hip replacement. She knows she can count on Papa Bob. Let's give him a "Hip, hip, hooray!" All of us: Woof! Woof! Meow! Meow! Arf! Arf! Meow! Meow! Note: "Mommy approves this reference" |
